Amparo Tárrega heads the “Perception, Consumer Behavior and Adapted Nutrition” research group at IATA-CSIC in Valencia, Spain. She has extensive experience in Sensory and Consumer Science, with a special focus on texture, flavor, and oral processing. She is also interested in exploring new tolos, such as neuroscience and machine learning, for capturing and understanding consumer behavior.
