David Morizet, L'Oréal Research & Innovation, France
David Morizet received a MSc in sensory & consumer science from AgroSup Dijon & a PhD in Neurosciences & Cognition from the University of Lyon 1 / Institut Paul Bocuse Research Center.
He spent several years working in the food industry, initiating Consumer Science at Bonduelle & participating to several industry-academia research projects to encourage vegetables consumption and decrease food waste (eg. VeggiEat, International observatory of culinary practices & meals).
In 2015, he moved to L’Oréal Research & Innovation to join the Product Performance Evaluation team. At L’Oréal, he provides scientific expertise on perception and behavioral research to support regional teams on the 5 continents. He leads natural & sustainable innovations evaluation and is in charge of developing new evaluation methodologies suitable for disruptive innovations.
David is passionate about innovation and strongly believes that sustainable development is an incredible source of creativity, with the ability to generate new tremendous experiences for actual population without comprising the ability of future generation to meet their own needs.
